Mark White Elementary will offer a one-of-a-kind global experience for students!  We are committed to developing students who are prepared for the 21st century and the global marketplace.  Living in the most diverse city in the nation, we realize the need for students to be prepared to live in and succeed in an ever changing, diverse world.  With this realization, we are developing a school that gives students the knowledge, skills, and perspective to succeed in a globally connected world.   

 

In addition to offering traditional classrooms, we will offer the option of enrollment in our French Immersion Program.  This will be the first public school to offer the French Immersion Program in Texas! All students will participate in our Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program and have a access to a curriculum devoted to developing a global perspective.  We will house a Vanguard neighborhood program for Gifted and Talented students, ESL instruction, Transitional Spanish Bilingual instruction, and varied self-contained special education classes for students with special needs.  We offer daily enrichment courses in Art, Physical Education, Computer Lab, French, and Science.
