Dear families of HISD students,

We would like to express our gratitude to all those who have had their students tested for the Gifted & Talented program through HISD.

Enrolled students will receive paper copies sent home and parents can also check HISD Parent Portal to review the student's results. All parents who have completed a school choice application will be able to view their child's eligibility on the homepage of the School Choice application.

*Families with a school choice application in the system will be able to view their child's eligibility through the School Choice application.   Eligible indicates that your child is GT qualified.  Ineligible indicates that your child is NOT GT qualified.

If you would like a copy of your child's GT Matrix Score, please come after February 16, 2024 for pick up from Oak Forest ES.

Date of Release: Per the 2/6/2024 update of the GT Department, results will be released mid-February and before the school choice application window closes.
