6:30 am - 5:00 pm

STUDENT HOURS:

PreK-1^st- 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

2^nd- 5^th- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

*Dismissal will be staggered this school year. Siblings in upper grades will not be released early. Afterschool care will be available for all students as needed.

TARDY BELL: 8:00 am

7:15 am – 7:45 am

*Students WILL NOT be permitted to bring breakfast or eat in their classes once instruction has started at 8:00 am.

Nastassya White is delighted to return for her third year at “The Ruby L. Thompson Elementary”, but this time in the capacity of principal. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas where I began my teacher career in 2000. I’ve worked in Houston ISD for 24 years, 20 as a teacher and 4 as a coach and a school leader.
