    2024-2025 Inscripciones de Zona

  • Please note: If your child is a current Parker student, Kinder-4th grade, you DO NOT need to re-register.  The only grade level that has to re-register is current PK students going into Kinder.

    Please check to see if you are zoned by checking School Finder.  If you are not zoned, a Magnet application is required but please know, the district is in Phase 2 and we must get through Phase 1 first.

     

    To all perspective parents,

    The fillable registration packet for the 2024-2025 school year is below.  Please make sure to completely fill out each form and attach the required documents that are listed on the first page of the packet.  Make sure that you download Adobe Acrobat, so you are able to fill out the packet, save the packet once you have completed it and email the packet with the documents to Cinthia Martinez at cinitha.martinez@houstonisd.org.  Please be aware that there might be an influx of packets being submitted but you will receive a notification stating whether your packet is either complete or incomplete.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the school at (713)726-3634.

     *For students who are currently in PK here at Parker going into Kinder, please know that you do not have to fill out the entire packet or submit certain documents again.  Only fill out the following pages in the packet and the submit the following documents:*

    • Enrollment Information Form
    • Music Selection Sheet
    • Submit Recent proof of address (light, water, or gas bill or lease/mortgage)
    • Submit updated shot records

     **Please note** new PK applicants cannot fill out a registration packet until they receive notification from Office of School Choice saying that they were accepted to our campus.  All families interested in PK should have filled out a School Choice Application.  Notices will go out May 10th.

    Por favor de anotar:  Si su niño(a) es un estudiante actual de la escuala Parker, de Kinder-4 grado, NO se tiene que re-inscribir.  El unico grado que se tiene que re-inscribir son estudiantes actuales de PK pasando a Kinder.

     

    Para todos los padres perspectivos,

    El paquete de inscripción llenable para el año escolar 2024-2025 está abajo. Por favor asegúrese de llenar completamente cada formulario y adjunte los documentos requeridos que se enumeran la primera página del paquete. Asegúrese de bajar la aplicación de Adobe Acrobat para que pueda llenar el paquete, salve el paquete de registración cuando lo haya completado y envíelo por correo electrónico con los documentos a Cinthia Martinez at cinitha.martinez@houstonisd.org.       Por favor, tenga en cuenta que puede haber una afluencia de paquetes que se envían, pero usted recibirá una notificación si su paquete esta completo o incompleto.  Si tiene alguna pregunta, por favor llame la escuela al (713) 726-3634.

     

    *Para estudiantes de Parker en PK yendo a K, no necesita llenar el paquete entero o entregar ciertos documentos otra vez.  Por favor llene las estas paginas en el paquete y entregar los siguientes documentos:*

    • Formulario de inscripción
    • Formulario de Instrumentos
    • Entregue prueba de domicilio recientes (bil de agua, luz o gas o contrato de apartamento/casa)
    • Entregue tarjeta de vacunas recientes.

     

    **Por favor anote** Aplicantes de PK nuevos NO pueden llenar el paquete de inscripción hasta que reciban notificación de la Oficina de Escuelas de HISD si fue aceptado a nuestra escuela.  Todas las familias interesadas en PK debería haber llenado una aplicación por medio de School Choice.  Aviso para esas aplicaciones saldrán el 10 de mayo.
