Hello Sanchez Eagles, My name is Ms. Torres, and I am a 4th grade ESL teacher. I was born in Trinidad but grew up in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I attended the Antillian University in Puerto Rico where I received my Bachelor’s in English as a Second Language. I also have my Master’s in English as a Second Language. I am happy to be part of the Sanchez’s family. I bring with me over 20 years of experience teaching all grade levels. I do believe a child’s education begins at home and continues at school. The key factors for our student to achieve excellence are communication, determination, and hardworking. Collaboratively teacher + student + parent = success. I look forward to an exciting and rewarding school year as we continue to educate and prepare our students for the future.
