HISD’s Transportation Department delivers thousands of students to and from school safely every day. Students who attend their zoned schools or magnet schools and live more than two miles from their school are eligible to ride the bus to and from stops designated by HISD. To request bus service for your child, please contact HISD’s administrative offices at 713-613-3040. You can get route information online here, and you can see exactly where your child’s bus is here. You will need your child’s student ID number to create an account. The district’s account number is 76647.
