Local Trips
- 6 week advance notice
- Administrator Approval Required
- Please ensure that all items on the form are completed in full and accurately. Missing information will delay request.
- Sponsor cell phone should be included on Teacher line.
- VIPS approved chaperones
- List of student attendees should be sent via email or print out to Attendance office. Students are responsible for missed assignments.
- HISD Buses
- Required entry into their system at least 10 school days prior to trip. (This does not include time for approvals, etc.)
- Services not provided before 8:30 am and 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday only
- Failure to follow HISD policies can result in field trip not approved or considered.
Out of District Trips
- Same process as Local Trips, except, additional documents required.
- Complete the Out of District packet instead.
- 7 week advance notice
- Failure to follow HISD policies can result in field trip not approved or considered.
Completed forms should be submitted to Mrs. Guzman.
