Enrollment Information

Incoming sudents must 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1 and zoned to any HISD School

You must bring all of the following to your appointment:

•  (Original) Birth Certificate - NO COPIES
• Child's Social Security Card
• Child's Immunization Record (Must be up to date)
• Proof of Address (current lease or electricity bill)
• Parent/Guardian Identification
• Proof of Income
