Always inform the nurse if your child is tested for Covid and if they have a positive diagnosis.

Quarantine for 14 days at home is expected if student has syptoms of Covid or a positive diagnosis.

Important Reminders:

Students will have daily temperature checks upon entering campus.

Students will be sent home immediately if they present with symptoms of Covid  (a fever greater than 100).

Parents we must have a working, reliable number to reach you during the day.

Contact the school with any new phone numbers you may need to have updated.

If your student becomes ill and is in crisis an ambulance will be called if you can not be reached, update your contact numbers!

All medication is to be kept in the clinic, unless there is an MD order that the student may self carry and administer the medication.

All medication is to be brought to the clinic by a parent or guardian, not with the student.

All consents for medications or treatments must be received by the nurse and completed before any medications or treatments can be performed during the school day.  NO EXCEPTIONS
