Cshenal Jackson is a huge advocate for holistic education. She supports learners in developing independent learning skills and encourages every learner to take responsibility for their learning through self-awareness and strong personal skills. Dr. Jackson is currently the Assistant Principal at Hartsfield Elementary School. She is a transformational leader who believes every child has the potential for brilliance and deserves an opportunity to fall in love with learning. 

She began her journey in primary education in 2014 after working for Child Protective Services, where she noticed a greater need for the children served within the organization. This sparked an interest in educating children through a different avenue. She earned a master's degree in Educational Administration in 2016 to assist with her transition from social work to education. In 2021, she earned a doctorate degree in Executive Educational Leadership from Houston Baptist University. In her eight years in the education field, she has served as a Teacher, Reading Interventionist, International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program Coordinator and Dual Language Coordinator, and Dean of Instruction.
