Parental Concerns
Should you have a concern about something happening in the classroom, please:
1. Make an appointment with your child's teacher during his/her conference time to see if the issue can be resolved. Most issues are due to a lack of communication or misunderstanding.
2. Only after you have made an honest attempt to resolve the concern with the teacher should you contact an administrator.
Requesting a Parent-Teacher Conference
We invite parents to meet with their child's teacher throughout the year. Parents may request a parent/teacher conference to discuss a variety of issues whenever the need arises for a conference. Designated teacher/parent conference periods are scheduled twice during the school year. Teachers are generally available before school, during their planning period, and after school. We ask that parents make appointments 48 hours in advance and wait for teacher confirmation.
Should you have a concern about something happening in the general school community, please:
1. Email the administration team addressing your concerns. Please allow 48 hours for a response from one of the campus administrators.
2. An administrator will reach out and respond via email or phone call and may follow up with an in-person appointment to resolve the concern.
