We are pleased to announce that our FTC Robotics Team, the "Power Rangers", finished the season with a strong 4^th place finish in the Spring 2024 FTC First Robotics competition. This tournament pits Middle and High Schools from all over the city of Houston and surrounding metro areas. 

Our talented 7^th grade roboticists were led by Henry Phillips (Engineer) and Owen Sutherland (Computer Programmer) to out-perform all other Middle Schools in the league, as well as most High Schools! In the end, our team finished in 4^th place and qualified for the final round. As one of the finalist teams, we got the chance to form an alliance with Alief Early College High School, pulling them out of elimination to compete in the final round alongside the Power Rangers. 

Given that our team is made up of all 7^th graders, we will now focus our efforts on fundraising for next year. Our plan is to do considerably better next season with our gained experience, knowledge and a new robot kit.
