We are excited to share that Mr. Pacha will be taking on the role of our school's magnet coordinator. With five years of experience as a teacher across various roles and subjects at AIMS, Mr. Pacha brings a wealth of knowledge to this position. He earned his undergraduate degree in the Science of Teaching and Learning from the University of Houston, graduating summa cum laude. He later completed his Master of Education in Administration and Supervision, also from the University of Houston.

Born and raised in the United States, Mr. Pacha comes from a Syrian family and is fluent in Arabic, including speaking, reading, and writing. As a culturally enriched Arab-American, he takes pride in blending the best aspects of both cultures in everyday life.

In his free time, Mr. Pacha loves spending time with family and friends, cheering for the Houston Rockets as a devoted fan, swimming, playing basketball, hiking, and exploring new activities.

His educational philosophy is: "If we touch the hearts of individuals, reaching their minds becomes much easier."
