    • Tuesdays! General Admission is free on a first-come, first-served basis from 5 to 8 p.m. 

    Museum of Fine Arts Houston

    • If it's a Thursday, admission to the MFAH Permanent Collections is completely free to everyone, courtesy of Shell USA, Inc. The only exceptions are Special Exhibitions, which are available with a discounted ALL ACCESS ticket.

    • Houston Museum of African American Culture (open Thursday – Saturday)
    • Houston Fire Museum (temporarily closed; best for preschool-aged children)
