My name is Evelyn Mejia, and I am excited to start a new chapter in my career. In 2011, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Houston. Although my bachelor's degree focused on Art, my biggest passion has always been dance. I currently own a Mexican Folklore dance company that I hope to get to share with my new Scroggins family. I am looking forward to meeting all of you. I cannot wait to show the students all that I have learned throughout my years in the dance industry. I have been dancing since the age of five, and I am eager to share my talents at Scroggins. I am excited to see what this year brings.
