I was born in Pine Bluff, AR but I am from the Texas Panhandle and grew up in a small town called Borger, TX.  I attended college at McMurry University where I graduated with a BS in Pre-Med Biochemistry, Psychology, and Forensics.  I then went to West Texas A&M University and received a BS in Biology and minor in Secondary Science.  My last degree was an MS in Educational Technology Media and Design from Full Sail University.   At the current time I am getting my PhD in STEM & Global Education from Texas Tech University.  This will be my 10^th year of teaching. 

 What’s on your ipod?

I like any kind of music but at the time I am listening to Sam Smith.  I will always keep Beyonce, Jayz, Bruno Mars, One Republic, A Great Big World, and Ed Sheeran on repeat.  If it is something good to help me study I am listening to it.
