    Teacher Bio
     
    My name is Mr. Rassenfoss and I am entering into my second year of teaching at North Forest High School. I grew up in Houston, graduating from Lamar High School in 2006.  I graduated from Grinnell College in 2010 and immediately moved to Germany for two years on a Fulbright Scholarship.  I taught English there for two years before returnign to America.  I have taught at NFHS since the 2014 and look forward to working with each and every one of you. 
     
    Course Description
     
    In English III students will engage deeply with poetry, short stories, novels and primary source texts from all eras of American history.
