Assistant Principal

Cory McCoy is a native of High Point, North Carolina.  He graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Secondary Education and from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Master’s of Education in Middle/Secondary Mathematics Education.  Mr. McCoy taught high school math for 9 years (7 at Grimsley HS in Greensboro, NC and 2 at Hightower HS in Missouri City, TX) before leaving the classroom to become the Math/Media Specialist for Madison HS.  This year he will serve as the 9th grade Assistant Principal for The Marlin Family.
