Enrollment Process

  • MPVA Registration 2025

    If your student attended a zoned elementary school and is zoned to MPVA, your student will automatically be enrolled on our system. 

    MPVA Registration the week of August 4th (August 4–8, 2025)
    (9:30–11:30 AM and 1:00–3:30 PM)

    Please bring:

    • Birth certificate
    • Social security card (if available)
    • Two forms of proof of residence (gas, light, water, or mortgage/lease agreement only)*
    • Parent identification
    • Recent report card showing promotion
    • Test scores (if available)
    • Updated shot records

    *If you are on the lease but live with a family member who is zoned to MPVA, you must bring a typed and notarized letter along with the driver's license of the person you are living with.
