    Purpose of the Title I, Part A Program:

    The purpose of Title I, Part A is to ensure that all children, particularly low-achieving children in the highest-poverty schools, have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency in challenging state academic achievement standards and state academic assessments.

     

    Mission Statement


    High School Ahead Academy (HSAA) is a revolutionary and innovative program for over-aged middle school students. The ultimate goal of HSAA isto enable students who have been retained in the past or who have gaps in their education to catch back up academically to peers who are their same age.
    Through our unique schedule of classes, entering 7th graders combine on-grade level work with 8th-grade courses to move to high school after just
    one year, and entering 8th graders combine on-grade level work with 9th-grade courses to complete a minimum of 6 high school credits in one year.

    Every child shall have equitable opportunities and equal access to an effective and personalized education in a nurturing and safe environment. Our students
    will graduate as critical thinkers and problem solvers; they will know and understand how to be successful in a global society.
