Fall 2019 Wrapround Services Department Survey

​The electronic survey will be completely anonymous, and the information requested will not identify students, or their families.  It will focus on asking each group specific questions as they relate to non-academic needs such as physical, food insecurities, housing, and many other challenges so that our department can work to leverage resources to help support students, their families, and schools, by removing barriers to learning so that students' may thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.  

The responses will be compiled into a report which will be provided to school leaders, Wraparound Specialists, and other key stakeholders to drive the work which will address the identified needs.

Students will complete the surveys at their campus under the supervision of assigned personnel. Parents should be allowed to visit the campus to complete the survey, or they also have the option of completing it at home or on their phone.  

If parents choose not to have their child participate in the survey, they can reach out to the Wraparound Resource Specialist assigned to the campus to complete an Opt-out form.
