    Welcome to Lamar Fleming Middle School! As the Assistant Principal supporting ELA, Science of Reading, and the 8th grade level, my goal is to prepare all students for Destination 2035 by providing comprehensive and rigorous instruction aligned to the Science of Literacy and ensuring all students are ready for high school and beyond. I'm thrilled to call Fleming "home" and am looking forward to building relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members!  Be committed...Viking Strong!
