After 3 is owned and operated by former educators, but more importantly, our site directors and caregivers must be at least 18 years of age. They are all FBI fingerprinted and background checked. They must clear local Children’s Protective Services, The State Criminal Registry, and the National Criminal Registry database.

All directors and caregivers are pediatric and adult CPR/First Aid/AED trained and certified. In addition, all caregivers must maintain a minimum of 18 hours of ongoing professional development every school year.
