Parent/Teacher Conference

  • conferences Parents may request for a parent/teacher conference at any time to discuss any issues or concerns involving their child. It is recommended that students be included for a portion of these conferences to give students a better understanding of the expectations related to the improvement of achievement or discipline issues. A 24 hour notice should be given before a conference is held.

    The conference periods listed below are for regular dismissal days (7:40 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.):
     
     
    Kindergarten                           
    		 8:28 a.m. – 9:16 a.m.
    First Grade and Young 
    		 9:19 a.m. – 10:07 a.m.
    Second Grade 10:10 a.m. – 10:58 a.m.
    Pre-Kindergarten   
    		 11:01 a.m. – 11:49 a.m.
    Third Grade  
    		 12:25 p.m. – 1:13 p.m.
    Fourth Grade
    		 1:16 p.m. – 2:04 p.m.
    Fifth Grade 
    		 2:07 p.m. – 2:55 p.m.

     Third Grade 8:52 a.m. – 9:25 a.m.

     Second Grade 10:04 a.m. – 10:37 a.m.
     Pre-Kindergarten
    		 11:10 a.m. – 11:43 a.m.
     Kindergarten     
    		 11:46 a.m. – 12:19 a.m.
     Fifth Grade 
    		 12:22 a.m. – 12:55 a.m.
