I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico. I have my bachelor’s degree of Arts in Communication. I got my certification through Texas Teachers ACP program. I am going into my 16^th year in education. I was awarded bilingual teacher of the year in 2014. My teaching philosophy is all students are unique and all students can learn. I like to focus on students-teacher relationship interactions. I show my caring by forming relationships with my students and trying to help them to find their dreams and strengths so they can believe in themselves the way I believe in them. I plant a knowledge seed on every student to spark their interest in learning not for one year but for a lifetime. I have two daughters and a dog. During my free time I love to spend time with them.
