FUN FACTS:
When my kids were much younger, I had a custom wedding/birthday cake business on the side (I am also the wedding coordinator for my church). I still bake for close friends when given enough notice, but now mostly bake for family or fun. I somehow always got promoted to a management position wherever I worked pretty early in whatever job I had (as early as age 17, I  had keys to the store I worked for, made bank deposits, wrote schedules, and did inventory ordering). My original certificate is General Education, grades 1-8 (lifetime), but after 18 years of teaching I added Technology Education, grades 6-12.
