Jamie Jackson is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a BA degree in Communications. She is a Houston native and proficient in the Spanish language. Ms. Jackson is an enthusiast of Sociology, and Linguistics, and has worked with children for more than 20yrs, collectively. She is an outgoing Mother of three and loves empowering others! As one of her greatest accolades, she reigned as Miss Prairie View A&M University 2007-2008.

I am a dedicated fifth-year educator with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. Passionate about student success, I am committed to fostering the growth of well-rounded individuals. Teaching is not just my profession—it's my passion—and I value each and every learner, striving to create an environment where all students can thrive.

I am originally from Killeen, TX and have been living in Houston, TX for the past 15 years. I have gone to many schools in the Houston area and after graduating high school, completed both an Associates and Bachelors degree. Some fun facts about me are: I am a military BRAT! I used to live in Korea when I was younger! I love music! I'm a foodie, and love trying new foods!

My Goal as an Educator is for students to reach their full potential by believing in themselves and fostering an environment of love, self worth, accountability, and community.
