Do the Healthcare FSA, Day Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, and HSA funds roll over from year to year?
In accordance with IRS regulations, members must actively enroll each year to participate in the Healthcare FSA, Day Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, and HSA. Employees may enroll during the Annual Enrollment period for the upcoming year or following a qualifying life event.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drugs and Medicines without Prescription (section 3702)
This section includes the following two provisions. These OTC changes are effective for expenses incurred after December 31, 2019. These provisions don’t have an expiration date.
- This law allows patients to use Health Savings Account (HSA), Heath Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) funds to purchase over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and medicines without a prescription from a physician.
- This law also adds feminine hygiene products to the list of eligible over-the-counter items.

Health Care FSA- Contribute pretax dollars from your paycheck, up to the 2025 Internal Revenue Service (IRS) limit of $3,300.*
- Your annual election is funded 100% on your first day of eligibility, and covers eligible healthcare expenses for you, your spouse and/or your tax dependents such as:
-Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
-Dental expenses like orthodontia, crowns, and bridges
-Vision expenses like LASIK eye surgery, glasses, and contacts
-Prescription drugs and over-the-counter (OTC) items**
Dependent Care FSA
- You can contribute pretax dollars from your paycheck, up to the IRS limit of $5,000.*
- Your annual election is funded on a prorated basis each pay period (not 100% on Day1 like an FSA).
- Funds are for your dependent(s) age twelve or younger, or a spouse or dependent incapable of self-care.
- Funds pay for eligible child and adult care expenses, such as daycare, preschool and nursery school, in-home aid, and more.
- Create a lump sum reimbursement that direct deposits every pay period into your bank account.
Limited Purpose FSA
- You can contribute pretax dollars from your paycheck, up to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) limit of $3,300.*
- Your annual election is funded 100% on your first day of eligibility, and covers eligible healthcare expenses for you, your spouse and/or your tax dependents such as:
-Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles for Dental and Vision expenses only.
-Dental expenses like orthodontia, crowns, and bridges
-Vision expenses like LASIK eye surgery, glasses, and contacts.
Payments Made Easy
