GT EXPO

Burbank Middle School's Vanguard Showcase, also known as the GT EXPO, was held in the school's cafeteria on March 29, 2023. The exhibit, which took place in the afternoon, was an opportunity for our gifted and talented students to present their TPSP project to their parents, friends, and the community.

Students in the Vanguard Program are required to do a long-term project of their choice throughout the year. The TPSP is the Texas Performance Standards Project and it may be a traditional research or a primary research project. We were able to see samples of both types amongst the students' projects on exhibit. The winners of the school exhibit will participate in the virtual expo which will take place on April 24, 2023.
