  • Final Exams May 13-17 (seniors only)
    • Seniors have no limit to the number of final exam exemptions: Eligible students are those with no more than three (3) absences in any one course for the duration of the semester. In addition, eligible students must have an 85 or higher semester average in the specific course(s) where the final exam exemption is applied. To be exempted from final examinations, second semester senior students must have:
      • Senior classification
      • 85 average or better in course
      • S or E conduct average
      • No more than three (3) total absences, not including ADA exemptions.
  • Senior checkout May 20-24
    • We will add a page here with information for senior checkout
    • We are planning incentives for students who meet graduation requirements.
  • Senior Week Activities - please note students must be on track to graduate in order to participate. No refunds for students who do not meet grad requirements since payments must be made in advance. However, students may begin participating immediately once they are on track to graduate. Senior dues currently include $200 towards senior week activities. Based on the current schedule, we have 7 days we need to plan for.
    • May 28-31 (4 days)
    • June 3-5 (3 days)
      • June 5th Senior Breakfast followed by graduation practice
    • Students must be on track to graduate in order to participate

  • NG: Students should maintain excellent attendance to qualify for final exam exemptions and minimize risk of NG. 
  • Credits - Students must earn all credits required for graduation. Keep grades up!

Our meeting today consisted of plans for senior year, including senior skip day and senior week activites

• • We will offer an opportunity for seniors to be marked present March 8th. Senior attendance is poor and a lot of seniors cannot afford additional absences
