They’ll never find me,” the man muttered in a manic tone. “They’ll never find you.” He gazed at me hazily. Hot, salty, tears started to fall down my cheeks.

“Don’t be afraid,” he said in a bittersweet tone.

I panicked and tried to scream when he reached his hand over to wipe my tears away, yet nothing came out. My kidnapper laughed at me.

“Better get yourself comfortable,” he crept closer to me, his eyes meeting mine. “You aren’t leaving anytime soon.”

I felt a sudden pain in my head as I heard an ill laugh.

    My vision turned black.

As I kept running, I could hear the wailing sirens from the mansion. I ran as fast as I could and went into the woods. I knew they were going to chase me down, I needed to hide!

There were three men with flashlights, one bag, and a rope. I knew those objects were meant for me to be taken back to the mansion. I was horrified! I didn’t want to go back to that miserable place! Children were being controlled by that monstrous man.

All of a sudden, I felt a hand on my shoulder.  I turned.

    “Let's go” he whispered.
