Since its inception in 1983, the SPARK Parks Program has brought communities together by combining resources from local schools, government agencies, private sponsors, and neighborhood groups. These partnerships have helped bring to life unique spaces designed to reflect the character and needs of the communities they serve.

Houston ISD’s participation in the SPARK Parks initiative highlights our commitment to fostering creativity, inclusivity, and wellness.
